Our Recruiting Team plays a critical role in our continued growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our expanding operations.
What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring Garage Door Technicians and other key team members across our growing markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates
- Conducting phone interviews and candidate screenings
- Building relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring activities
- Clearly communicating job opportunities, compensation, and company benefits
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics
- Partnering with hiring managers and field leadership to meet hiring goals
- Utilizing job boards, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms to identify talent
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sourcing experience is a plus
- Experience in skilled trades, construction, home services, or high-volume recruiting is beneficial
Also Considered
Candidates without direct recruiting experience are encouraged to apply if they have experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
