The Restaurant Server is attentive and efficient, and can work with other staff members to ensure that our customers receive prompt, seamless service and have excellent communication with the kitchen team. This role requires being knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment.

Clear each course promptly using clearing guidelines outlined in the sequence of service.
Continuously review menu items, and keep up-to-date with all changes.
Alert chef to all allergies.
