WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This customer-focused sales role centers on communication, education, and relationship building.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners to evaluate storm-related roofing concerns
- Explaining the insurance restoration process in a clear and professional manner
- Presenting roofing solutions tailored to customer needs
- Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
You'll receive support from experienced leaders who are invested in your success.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
- Sales Representatives: $6,000-$15,000 per month
- Field Trainers and Team Leads: $15,000-$25,000 per month
- Territory Managers and Expansion Leaders: $200,000+ annually
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission opportunities.
