Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Pomona team. This full-time position plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about client care. Alternating Saturdays is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records
- Facilitate check-in and check-out procedures
- Collect payments and ensure proper documentation
- Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and technical staff
- Support the front desk and administrative operations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and client areas, including routine disinfecting of surfaces and restocking of supplies
- Support the team in ensuring all areas of the clinic are presentable, clean, and client-ready
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience required; veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling systems and general office software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
