What You’ll Be Doing (The Playbook)
- Lead from the Front: Take charge of a 2- to 4-person crew of Moving Athletes on local moves and long-distance journeys.
- Command the Wheel: Safely drive, maneuver, and inspect our signature Pink Zebra moving trucks on highway runs and narrow residential streets alike.
- Execute the 5-Star Damage Prevention System: Lead property walkthroughs, set up neoprene floor protection, and ensure 100% of furniture is padded and wrapped before leaving the room.
- Master the Tetris Load: Direct the truck loading process to build tight, balanced, and secure tiers using moving straps—built to withstand thousands of miles of road vibration without shifting.
- Deliver "Wow" Moments: Run our customer arrival scripts, handle questions with a solution-first attitude, and secure 5-star reviews on every job.
- Protect the Brand: Conduct daily morning tool and truck audits to keep our gear and long-distance fleet in peak shape.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License: Active, clean driving record (DOT medical card or willingness to obtain one is a huge plus).
- Road Ready: Comfortable driving commercial box trucks for extended hours on long-distance routes as well as navigating tight local residential areas.
- Leadership Mindset: Ability to motivate your team, maintain high morale on long days, and hold crew members accountable to Pink Zebra standards.
- Physical Athleticism: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs consistently, navigating stairs, and working on your feet in summer heat using proper ergonomic lifting form.
- Top-Tier Communication: Clear, charismatic, and professional when speaking face-to-face with clients and team members.
- Punctual & Reliable: Arrives on time in full uniform, ready to roll for morning dispatch.

Requirements & Standards
- Must be 25 years old (for commercial truck insurance and long-distance route purposes).
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

- Comfortable using smartphones and job management apps (ConnectTeam) for shift scheduling, time tracking, long-haul travel logs, and inventory logs.
