Key Responsibilities
- Execute all menu items with a high level of culinary technique and presentation
- Lead kitchen operations during service, ensuring flow, timing, and excellence
- Train and mentor team members to uphold À Ma Manière standards
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices
- Collaborate on menu evolution, seasonal features, and presentation standards
- Manage prep execution, station readiness, and product quality
- Support inventory, ordering, and cost control
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
- Strong leadership presence and ability to guide a team through service
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and plating aesthetics
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to consistency and excellence
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
