Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleanliness of assigned rooms and communicating to the property manager any maintenance needs of the property.
- Responsible for cleaning properties to company and owner standards.
- Possess knowledge of housekeeping and chemical use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in a timely manner
- Complete laundry and assist with linen management as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests or residents
