About Us
Tiger Claw Arcade is an immersive claw arcade where guests of all ages come to win premium prizes, collectibles, plushies, and other items while enjoying a fun, exciting atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Explain how claw machines, tokens, and promotions work.
- Assist customers with questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Restock prizes and organize merchandise displays.
- Ensure claw machines are clean, stocked, and operating properly.
- Report machine issues to management.
- Keep the arcade clean, organized, and inviting throughout each shift.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for token and merchandise purchases.
- Count and replenish token and prize inventory.
- Help prepare the store for opening and closing each day.
- Promote special events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, cash handling, and customer service.
- Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred for certain responsibilities).
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Previous retail, restaurant, entertainment, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Passion for creating fun experiences for guests.
- Social media savvy.
