What you’ll do:

Provide a best-in-class client experience from greeting through follow-up

Build long-term relationships through proactive outreach, appointment setting, and clienteling

Meet and exceed sales goals while upholding brand standards and presenting a polished, professional image

Maintain strong product knowledge across fine jewelry and timepieces and guide clients through features, benefits, care, and value

Support daily store operations: POS transactions, merchandising standards, case upkeep, inventory controls, service/repair intake, and presentation readiness

Partner with the team to execute store initiatives, events, trainings, and process excellence

3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end environments.
