Catalyst Community Counseling is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice located at 3402 Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, Georgia. We are seeking one to two licensed or associate level therapists to join our team on a full or part time basis with private office space available.
This is not a traditional job posting. We are building something intentional in one of Augusta’s most underserved communities and we are looking for clinicians who share that vision.

Qualifications
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or associate level clinician working toward licensure under approved supervision. Clinicians with experience or genuine commitment to serving underserved populations including Black men, justice involved individuals, and low income families in the Augusta CSRA. Someone who understands that the best therapy happens when the therapist and the client share cultural context and lived experience.
We currently have clients in our waiting pool who are specifically seeking a therapist they can connect with on a cultural and personal level. If you are passionate about closing the gap in mental health access for populations that have historically been underserved we want to hear from you.
