OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/SOCIAL MEDIA JOB DESCRIPTION
Our busy Snohomish County office is looking for someone to add to our growing team. This position requires strong leadership and social media skills. The ideal candidate should maintain an upbeat demeanor, while also remaining professional and organized. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and be able to ensure follow up.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to operating a multiline phone system, greeting clients, managing our social media, helping agents set up social media, maintaining files, ordering office supplies, creating commission disbursements, data entry, organizing office events, creating marketing materials.
Minimum 1 year office experience
Strong attention to detail
Support and provide assistance to the agents as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with agents and office staff
Respond to agents’ questions in a timely and professional manner
Work both independently and as part of the team
Resolves issues in a timely manner
Professional telephone skills
Strong organizational, and time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excell, PowerPoint, Adobe)
Knowledgeable in social media (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, You Tube, Canva and video marketing,)
Strong math skills required
Real Estate, NWMLS and Skyslope knowledge is a plus, but not required
Experience in Lonewolf is a plus
Hours required are Monday- Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Position is primarily in the Mill Creek office, but may require some days in the Everett Office
Additional duties as required may be added from time to time
