Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at our Beachwood restaurant. In this pivotal role, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety while contributing to our mission of delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement menu items that align with our brand vision.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure cleanliness.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Experience with inventory control and budgeting is preferred.
