Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that loves being in the field, solving problems and embraces our company goals of Safety, Customer Service and Quality. We are a stable, fun-loving, high quality, mid-large sized re-roof company with a goal of growth.
General Responsibilities:
- Assisting the foreman with various tasks to complete the scope of work.
- Driving to and from job sites.
- Transport, set up and use ladders for roof access.
- Assist in the warehouse if necessary.
- Safety – always working within Interstate’s safety rules.
Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access.
- Standing, walking, kneeling and working on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time.
- Prior experience with steep slope roofing or low slope roofing is preferred, but not required.
- Being punctual. Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
- Provide great customer service to home and building owners.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus)
- Carpentry skills

Wage based on experience: $20 - $24/hour with growth opportunities, plus up to $1.50 per hour of additional bonus opportunities.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
