Emplify Health is hiring a People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. The People Data Analyst will acquire, transform, and analyze data to produce visualizations and reports that are used to support informed business decisions.
Location: 2020 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, Remote position. Applicants must reside in WI, MI, MN, or IA to be considered.
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Business hours. No weekends or holidays

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, metrics, and dashboards, along with supporting
documentation.
2. Proficient with analytic techniques & tools for the acquisition and transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for
business and analysis purposes.
3. Performs complex statistical data analysis or modeling in support of critical business decisions.
4. Partners and consults with customers to identify business needs and develop data solutions.
5. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required in relation to position
- Two years of relevant work experience required
- Power BI and Workday knowledge preferred
