We are seeking a passionate, creative, and student-centered Second Grade Teacher who is committed to nurturing the whole child through place-based learning, restorative practices, and culturally responsive teaching. Support students in expressing themselves creatively while developing critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.Know Your Content and Make it MeaningfulDeliver the North Carolina Standard Course of Study through rigorous, developmentally appropriate instruction for second grade. Build fluency in reading, writing, and math while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application across content areas.Key Responsibilities: Differentiate Instruction and Support Student GrowthRecognize that every child learns differently.
