Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor seamlessly using 4-handed dentistry techniques across various procedures.
- Capture high-quality diagnostics, including digital X-rays, Panorex, iTero scans, and intraoral photos.
- Perform meticulous sterilization of dental instruments and operatories to maintain the highest safety standards.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date patient clinical records.
- Foster a welcoming environment and help support practice growth by kindly asking satisfied patients for referrals and Google reviews.
- Complete in-house lab tasks as instructed.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of active workforce experience as a Dental Assistant II is strictly required. (Please note: Candidates without this minimum experience will not be considered).
- Must be a dependable team player with a positive, patient-first attitude.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: 4 days a week (8-hour shifts).
- Pay: Competitive compensation, heavily dependent on your level of experience.
