Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests across departments, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Perform and supervise in-room preventative maintenance to guarantee all systems are in top working condition.
- Oversee HVAC systems, vacuums, and general equipment functionality.
- Manage and execute special projects, including property-wide renovations.
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager regarding issues and updates.
- Support and collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operations.
What You Need To Bring
- Skills: Knowledge of painting, drywall, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is a plus. Familiarity with machines, PTAC units, and hand/power tools required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Available to work evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactively address guest concerns and create positive experiences.
