Compensation
- Starting pay: $175–$250 per day based on experience, performance, and position.

Career Advancement Opportunity
This position includes a structured 6-month evaluation period designed to prepare qualified team members for advancement into a Master Contractor role.
Master Contractors can earn up to $5,500+ per week operating their own delivery team and route.
Your 6-month review will be based on:
- Customer survey scores
- On-time delivery performance
- Damage percentage
- Claims percentage
- Overall productivity and work quality
We provide guidance, mentorship, and assistance with startup costs for qualified individuals transitioning into a Master Contractor position. We will share the systems, processes, and operational knowledge needed to help set you up for success.
