Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 16-week travel assignment. This position provides specialized nursing care for adult oncology patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring. Nurses will care for patients undergoing chemotherapy, cancer treatment, symptom management, and management of complex comorbidities in a nationally recognized academic medical center.
Oncology experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong Med/Surg Telemetry experience and a willingness to learn oncology nursing are encouraged to apply.
Important Candidate Requirement (Hard Stop)
Candidates MUST meet ALL of the following:
- Minimum 2 years of current acute care RN experience
- Must be currently working in an acute care hospital
- Experience must be within the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry specialty
- Consistent bedside acute care experience within the last 12 months
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of current acute care Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN experience
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Current Epic EMR experience
- Strong telemetry interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,160.00 per week
