CNC Machinist
Aeroprobe Corporation is looking for a self-motivated and versatile CNC programmer and machinist. In this position, you will program and machine precision, high quality metal parts relevant to the aerospace industries from stainless steel, Aluminum, and Nickel alloy materials.
Responsibilities:
- Program and machine parts in 303/304 stainless steel, Aluminum, and Nickel alloys (625 & 718)
- Identify and procure necessary tooling and raw materials
- Maintain quality documentation to ensure traceability from raw materials to finished products
- Check part dimensions against tolerance and document measurements
- Maintain the safe and reliable operation of equipment, machines, and manufacturing facility
- Provide feedback to the engineering team on part design and manufacturing methods
Required:
- 2+ years CNC programming experience (education experience will be considered)
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code)
- Flexibility to adapt to different design requirements
- Self-motivated, strives to improve everyday
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- High dexterity, able to work with small parts
Desired:
- Experience using Manual and CNC Mill and Lathe
- Experience using Fusion360®️ software (or equivalent)
- Experience using EDM
- Experience working with an ISO 9001 certified quality management system
