Blue Springs Wellness & Rehab is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team and uphold our commitment to exceptional resident care.

- Provide 24-hour leadership and oversight of Nursing Services
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Lead and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards
- Oversee care planning, clinical operations, and resident outcomes
- Partner with leadership on admissions, staffing, and quality initiatives
- Step in for the Administrator when needed
- Active RN license (state of practice required)
- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON or similar role preferred)
- 5+ years in long-term care or acute care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and team development
- You lead by example and build strong teams
