Breakfast Team Member - Lawrenceburg
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Classification: Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Location: Lawrenceburg, TN
Position Summary:
The Breakfast Team Member plays an essential role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Team members are responsible for cooking, preparing and taking orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering high-quality food and service with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cook and prepare menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
· Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the drive-thru.
· Assemble and package orders for online and drive-thru customers.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
· Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
· Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest.
· Assist with opening and morning setup duties.
· Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications:
· Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Must be reliable and punctual, especially for early morning shifts.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
