Bank Branch Manager Responsibilities:

Resolve complaints or account discrepancies and answer questions.

Originate consumer loans efficiently and accurately

Informing customers about bank products and services.

Open new accounts

Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.

Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.

Using software to track bank information and generate reports.

Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

Will supervise and coordinate activities of branch employees to ensure department efficiency and accuracy

Utilize all resources to create a fair and consistent schedule

Mentors/coaches all tellers to ensure they are fully trained on teller responsibilities

Bank Branch Manager Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass a background and credit check.

Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.

Basic math and computer skills.

High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.

Previous bank branch manager or bank supervisory experience
