Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager / Team Leader to help run daily operations in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you have leadership skills, customer service experience, or want to grow into a restaurant manager career, we’ll train you.
Shift Manager Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and supervise team members (crew members / cashiers / cooks)
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant
- Ensure food safety, food quality, and cleanliness standards
- Train, coach, and motivate employees
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Manage inventory, stocking, and daily operations
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 90% of shift)
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform cleaning duties (floors, equipment, parking lot)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in fast food, retail, or restaurant management
- Experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or team leader
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability (day, evening, night, overnight shifts)
