Reflection LLC is expanding! We are a collaborative and growing team of five licensed counseling seeking like-minded clinicians to join us in advancing our shared vision. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists who want to grow their own practice while still being part of a supportive, team-based environment, without the isolation and administrative demands of a solo practice.
Open Positions:
- 1 Full-Time In-Office Therapist (private office)
- 1 Part-Time Therapist (telehealth + 1 shared office day/week)

- Fee-for-service model with monthly payout (15th)
Compensation Structure: 1099 independent contractor role with a set monthly expense fee (covers office and practice costs). Keep the rest, grow your income as you grow your caseload.
Requirements:
- Fully licensed in WI (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree
- Liability insurance
- Willing to participate in monthly consultation
- Team-oriented mindset
