The Directr f Family and Cmmunity Engagement will wrk t develp a cmprehensive strategy and implementatin f all family and cmmunity engagement initiatives. The Directr f Family and Cmmunity Engagement prvides data infrmed, frward thinking, and research practices fr the prgrams and services with a purpse t engage in fulfillment f the District’s missin and visin. The Directr f Family and Cmmunity Engagement is respnsible fr leading and supprting alignment with family and cmmunity rganizatins t imprve verall utcmes. Additinally, the Directr is the primary supervisr fr family and cmmunity initiatives and managing the Parent Liaisns, utreach Wrkers and ELECT Prgram Staff.

Cllabrate with the Chief utreach fficer and implement a plan t align the cmmunity rganizatins dedicated t imprved scial emtinal learning and parent engagement utcmes and prfessinal develpment in service f - ur students and families.
versee the planning and implementatin f mnthly meetings with the team members wrking directly with schl leaders, educatrs, cunsel- rs, parents, guardians, families, and attendance team members.
Supervise and develp a system f prgrams, initiatives and strategies t inspire the ffice leaders t use data infrmed, evidenced based, psitive behaviral interventin and supprts, and multi-tiered systems f supp- rts initiatives.
