Position Overview:
ROC Rarity All Stars is growing and hiring part-time coaches! We're looking for passionate, experienced coaches to join our staff in a variety of specialty roles. We are looking for someone to lead our Jumps and Flyer classes, and someone to assist in our Tumbling classes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist tumbling classes for various age groups and skill levels, from beginner to Level 4+
- Demonstrate techniques and spotting methods clearly and safely
- Create lesson plans that promote skill development and conditioning
- Lead Jumps and Flyer classes
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Communicate professionally with parents, students, and staff
- Assist with clinics, camps, or team practices as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching or teaching experience in tumbling, gymnastics, or cheerleading
- Knowledge of proper technique and safety spotting for skills Level 1-6
- Energetic, patient, and able to motivate students
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
