Compensation & Pay Structure
- 60 CPM based on odometer readings
- Paid weekly (every Friday)
- Detention Pay: $20/hour after 3 hours
- Layover Pay: $200 per 24-hour period
- Annual Loyalty Bonus: $1,000
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,000 – 3,000
- Note: Medical benefits are not currently offered
Equipment
- Sleeper tractor equipped with:
- Dashcam
- Refrigerator and mattress in sleeper
- Fuel card and toll pass
Driver Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A experience (US)
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Must pass a drug screening as required by company policy.
