Blueprint Studios & Labs is a creative studio and production company based in Queens, NY — working at the intersection of design, technology, and business. We're running an 8-week assistant internship program with the opportunity for top performers to be offered a permanent position after a formal end-of-program evaluation.
Program structure:
Weeks 1–2: Onboarding — learn the tools, workflows, and how we operate
Weeks 3–6: Full support role — scheduling, communications, research, and operations
Weeks 7–8: Final stretch and evaluation — performance review and conversation about permanent placement
What you'll do:
Manage calendars and scheduling, handle correspondence, track tasks and deadlines, research vendors and topics, run local errands around Queens/NYC, and support remote operations and admin.
What we're looking for:
Highly organized, strong communicator, located in NYC/Queens, tech-savvy, self-starter, eager to grow into a long-term role.
