We are looking for crew members who can work a flexible part-time schedule of 4 to 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 11:00pm weekdays and weekends in a positive, high energy bakery environment.
We offer a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday. We are closed Sunday. Energy, focus, and speed are necessary for success in this role. A dough team baker should be comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment while promoting teamwork and efficiency. Training is offered on the job, no previous bakery experience is necessary. We work hard and have fun!
Employee Responsibilities:
· Quickly ball out freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the upcoming day’s sales.
· Work with a team to accomplish tasks.
· Frost and dress cookies to perfection.
· Assist customers and assure their satisfaction.
· Maintain a clean and well sanitized store.
· Follow company policies and procedures.
· Other duties that ensure the overall health and success of the business.
