Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef / Line Cook and help deliver high-quality food, strong kitchen leadership, and an exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their craft, and can support daily kitchen operations while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.
This role is hands-on and ideal for an experienced cook ready to grow into a leadership position or a seasoned Sous Chef looking for a dynamic kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and ticket times
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef during service
- Lead by example during busy shifts and help maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
- Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- Help manage inventory, food prep levels, stock rotation, and waste control
- Train and support line cooks and kitchen staff as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Assist with specials, menu development, and prep planning
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Lead Cook, or Sous Chef preferred
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food prep, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety standards
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Passion for hospitality, quality food, and creating a great guest experience
