Position Summary
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and designated hotel areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards while providing friendly and professional service that supports guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas according to Hilton brand standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas as assigned
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and presentation standards are met
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently
- Follow hotel safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout each shift
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping team members and other hotel departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Schedule
- Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
- Daytime shifts with weekend and holiday availability required
