Who You Are:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides organizational support to their assigned departments on initiatives and topics such as engagement, performance management, organizational design, training and development, and HR policy or procedures. The HRBP builds effective relationships with leaders and employees within their teams and maintains knowledge of functional responsibilities, tasks, and standards to provide unmatched support to their departments through job design, recruiting, onboarding and people management.
What You're Good At:
Partner with the departmental leaders and our Talent Strategists to build high performance teams. This includes participating in hiring consultations, interview loops, debrief and offer discussions, job requisition design, and workforce planning
Develop, design, and implement department specific programs or initiatives as it may relate to your assigned team such as department specific onboarding programs, etc.
Partner with peer HR teams on new projects and initiatives to provide insight and knowledge of programs to employees
Track and analyze departmental HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
