SERVERS, BARTENDERS, BUSSERS ....We are seeking energetic and dedicated Experienced Front Of House Staff members to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of the dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage reservations and utilize OpenTable for booking and table management purposes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling, serving, and bussing activities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation or bussing as needed during busy periods
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests
