Position Summary:
Spaceman USA designs and supplies premium soft serve and frozen beverage equipment, and our team in Loveland is growing. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to keep our office, test kitchen, and warehouse running and to support our day-to-day logistics. If you like variety, take pride in a job done right, and would rather be on your feet than stuck at a desk all day, this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
- Keep the office, test kitchen, and common areas clean, stocked, and ready, from supplies to setup for visitors.
- Handle building upkeep and small projects: assembling furniture, touching up paint, hanging pictures, and making minor repairs.
- Receive and check in inbound freight and photograph any shipping damage.
- Process routine orders and shipments, and back up day-to-day logistics so orders keep moving.
- Run the shipping inbox and answer every day shipping questions from the team.
- Run errands and pickups, and keep purchases and receipts organized on the company card.
What We Are Looking For:
- Reliable, organized, and willing to do whatever needs to be done.
- Handy with basic tools, comfortable with small repairs and improvement tasks.
- Comfortable learning order, inventory, and email systems.
- Clear communicator who closes the loop.
- Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for parts of the day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Prior logistics, warehouse, facilities, or office experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time, hourly position eligible for overtime.
Benefits: After two (2) months of continuous full-time employment, you are eligible for our company benefits package: a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match (100% of the first 4% contributed), paid time off, and a medical plan with the company covering 80% of the premium for you and your dependents.
