We are seeking is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full Time Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following injuries or illnesses. You will develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid PA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting is preferred
- Specialized training or certification in areas such as trigger point therapy or pediatrics is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
