- Strong communication and sales confidence

- Positive attitude with professional appearance
- Comfortable discussing finances and closing cases
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Upbeat, hard working, and compassionate
- Bi-lingual a plus
Job Duties Include:
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Discuss financial options, estimates, and payment arrangements
- Help patients understand the value of comprehensive care
- Coordinate scheduling for larger cases
- Follow up on pending treatment
- Create a warm, welcoming experience from consult to completion
- Support practice growth through strong case acceptance
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Coordinating with insurance companies on behalf of the patient
- A variety of administrative duties
