Market Development Representative - B2B Sales
Schedule: Full-time | On-site | Monday-Friday
Compensation: $50K+ base + uncapped earning potential
We’re hiring a Market Development Representative (MDR) to be a steady, high-impact presence in the field, someone who thrives on conversation, stays consistent through repetition, and builds trust over time.

Generate new opportunities through high-volume calls, email, and in-person outreach

Build familiarity within your territory and stay visible with local businesses

Identify decision-makers and understand how their current systems are performing

Set qualified meetings for senior sales representatives

Track activity and manage leads in CRM system

1 year + in sales, customer-facing and fast-paced work or comparable hands-on experience

Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day

Organized, consistent, and process-oriented

Persistent and comfortable working through rejection

Self-directed and comfortable managing your day in the field

Confident using basic sales and communication tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
