Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—providing support, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Your professionalism and communication skills will help uphold our company values and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support — Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with courtesy and efficiency
- Needs Assessment — Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Issue Resolution — Manage complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Dispatch Coordination — Collaborate with dispatch to ensure accurate scheduling and timely service
- Outbound Scheduling — Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance and tune‑ups
- Record Keeping — Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Upselling Opportunities — Identify opportunities to promote additional services
- Product Knowledge — Stay informed on company offerings, policies, and promotions
- Team Collaboration — Uphold company values of integrity, teamwork, and service
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus!
