Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a
senior/high-functioning executive. This role demands the utmost discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment, as you will regularly handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter: a true go-getter who learns quickly, adapts on the fly, and requires minimal oversight. You'll need to be highly responsive, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring calm, capable energy to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or other senior leader is required.
Responsibilities
● Manage and coordinate complex, ever-changing calendars, appointments, and
meetings, exercising sound judgment in prioritization and scheduling decisions on the
executive's behalf.
● Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for communications, handling calls and correspondence
with discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment regarding confidential matters.
● Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other
documents with precision and a high standard of polish.
● Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems, ensuring sensitive information is
organized, secure, and easily retrievable.
● Coordinate and execute executive, member, and company events, including venue selection, vendor management, guest communications, logistics, budgeting, and on-site support to ensure a seamless experience.
● Arrange detailed travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and
itineraries, often with short notice and changing requirements.
● Support broader office operations as needed, including supplies, equipment, and front-
desk coordination.
● Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone and email, representing the
executive professionally at all times.
● Handle data entry, bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar), and expense/invoice
management with accuracy.
● Lead or support special projects, meetings, and events while maintaining strict,
ongoing confidentiality.
● Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to keep daily operations
running smoothly.

● Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership is required.

limited direction.
● Exceptional discretion and trustworthiness in handling private and sensitive information.
● Highly responsive, with strong judgment under time pressure and shifting priorities.● Polished communication skills and a proactive, "no task too small" mindset.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
