Cole Ford and Cole CDJR are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dealership accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, learning new processes, and taking on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position offers the opportunity to learn several areas of dealership accounting while building valuable skills and growing into a long-term role. Responsibilities:

Process and maintain new-vehicle inventory

Set up and maintain accounts receivable

Process vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
-
Handle title-related duties and documentation

Prepare and email customer statements

Provide general accounting and dealership office support

Learn and consistently follow established accounting and dealership processes

Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail and follow-through
We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and follow-through

Dependable, capable, and comfortable handling varied responsibilities

Ability and willingness to learn established processes and procedures

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Accounting degree preferred, but not required

Interest in learning multiple accounting functions and developing a long-term career with the dealership
