Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support in managing their food service needs.
- Provides exceptional customer service by promptly answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Receives, processes, and tracks food service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders meet the specific dietary requirements and preferences of patients.
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of menu offerings, special dietary needs, and allergen information to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborates with healthcare facilities, patients, nursing, and food service teams to coordinate meal delivery, special requests, and any changes in dietary needs.
- Handles customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on swift resolution.
- Maintains detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback for reporting and quality improvement purposes.
- Ensures that all customer interactions align with company service standards and quality benchmarks.
- Ensures that all interactions and processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Embraces feedback from supervisors and actively seeks opportunities to refine skills and elevate performance.
