Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff, including filing, data entry, and document management..
- Draft, review, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage document review processes and assist with litigation preparation by organizing case files and supporting document review efforts.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and provide executive administrative support to attorneys to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as needed for case development; document findings accurately for attorney review.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines, maintaining calendars, and ensuring compliance with court procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, courts, vendors, or other stakeholders while providing excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities seamlessly. Header
- Experience
- Paralegal experience or legal administrative experience supporting attorneys in a busy law office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in document review and data entry tasks.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading and transcription experience is highly valued
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, phone communication etiquette, and general administrative duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
