Arcpoint labs of Apple Valley is seeking a skilled and customer-focused team member to join our walk-in testing location. This role strongly emphasizes , requiring confidence and experience in performing blood draws along with specimen collections including urine, saliva, hair, DNA and DOT and Non-DOT drug testing.Responsibilities include assisting clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing specimens, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a clinical, patient-facing environment.Strong communication, customer service, and phlebotomy skills are essential. Availability to work most Saturdays is required. Approximately 20–35 hours per weekAll candidates should possess the following skills:REQUIRED:
* Two years of recent experience drawing blood
* Ability to call businesses and explain our services
* Ability to sell our products and services
* Knowledge of common blood tests
* Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
* Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
* Dependable and reliableDESIRED:
* Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
* Experience doing drug screens
