Kinetix Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned private practice in southwest Gainesville. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced front office team.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and manage call logs
- Schedule new and existing patients
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
- Collect payments and manage patient billing
- Complete new patient intake and data entry
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front office
- Support patient follow-through and plan of care scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in healthcare or customer service (required)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional, positive demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
- Team player with a long-term growth mindset
- Willing to participate in community outreach events
