Duties
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers and other chemical agents safely following pesticide management protocols and safety procedures such as respiratory protection and confined space entry safety.
- Conduct treatments targeting insects, weeds, and other pests utilizing integrated pest management techniques to protect plant health and customer satisfaction.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting equipment and supplies to job sites while following driving safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, pest control activities, and service reports to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations for lawn care or pest prevention, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Must have a CLEAN driver's record
Experience
- Previous outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is highly desirable but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of application techniques, methods including chemical handling and principles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for 30 days.
- Mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment and minor repairs will be advantageous.
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients are a key component of success in this role.

Clean driving record is required and background checks are performed.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
