Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate OR Juris Doctor Degree
- 2 years of NV litigation paralegal/law clerk experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to integrate into a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Responsibilities: Draft standard pleadings including answers, third party summonses and complaints, combined discovery demands, stipulations, motions to compel discovery/dismiss for failing to comply, order processes and follow up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax and other records, summarize transcripts, review and summarize medical records, trial preparation, communicate with experts.
