Our baristas are responsible for the details that elevate every drink and every customer interaction. This role requires speed, precision, and a strong service mindset.

Core Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, milk tea, and specialty drinks with accuracy and consistency
- Deliver fast, attentive, and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Follow recipes, procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Support team operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Experience in café, restaurant, or food & beverage service preferred
- Coffee or milk tea experience is a plus, not required
- Food handler and allergen certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and consistent scheduling availability
