In this role, you will support nursing staff by assisting with daily patient needs, ensuring comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. This position is full-time or part time based on your availability and overtime pay is offered.
Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like and other assistive devices.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Engage with patients of all ages—including pediatrics and working with individuals with disabilities—delivering compassionate caregiving in group home & community care settings.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification required; active CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
- Prior experience with specialized populations including those with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus.
