Aspire Senior Living Webb City is a premier resident-focused care provider, dedicated to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of caregivers.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
You will work closely with our nursing team to deliver comprehensive care services, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and providing emotional support.
You will also maintain accurate records, report changes in resident status to the nursing team, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom.
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services.
Participate in team meetings and care conferences to discuss resident care plans and progress.
Required Qualifications:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri.
Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 25 pounds.
